Q: I'm interested. How do I get started?
A: Getting started is easy. First, we will have you fill out the Estimate Form. This gives us a better idea of the kind of site you're looking to get from us. Once you submit this form, we will receive your answers and contact you to work out the details. We customize every plan to you.
Q: How do payments work?
A: We understand websites are necessities, but not always affordable. We will set you up on a monthly payment structure based on a 12 month contract. If your preferred method is to pay in full, instead of monthly payments, we can also accommodate you in this way.
Q: How much will my website cost?
A: We offer an expansive variety of websites consisting of different sizes and types with multiple add-on features, giving each individual a custom plan, so the prices greatly vary. Q: Why do you have 12 month contracts?
A: Most website designers have you pay in full, up front, or at least a 50% securing deposit to get started, and when your site is live and paid for they are no longer involved. In order to get these companies to adjust content, update important company information, or make revisions after your site is live you have to pay additional costs with hourly maintenance fees. We offer 12 month contracts to provide monthly financing for your site and to be there through the 12 months to update your site after it's live without picking your pocket. That's why we include maintenance hours in our contract. When you need to update your front page that your business is closed for the day due to icy weather conditions, we are here for you.
Q: How long until my site is live after you start building?
A: As mentioned above in pricing, we offer an expansive variety of websites consisting of different sizes and types with multiple add-on features, giving each individual a custom plan. The time from start to finish greatly varies and is highly dependent on the site you have ordered. This is also highly dependent on your feedback. We will contact you for design approval among other things at intermediate times, and if we cannot get a response it will greatly delay the process. The faster you respond and sign off approval, the faster we move.
Q: Who will be designing my website?
A: The same designers and developers that created this site will be in charge of bringing your site to life. We do not sub-contract your site out to freelancers, nor will your site be in the hands of an unprofessional designer. Our design team is highly experienced and will be able to work with you each step of the way.
Q: Can you provide content for my website?
A: Yes. We have the option available for you to outsource the written content of your site out to us. You will see this option when filling out the Estimate Form. We may ask you a few questions before we start in order to better understand your company and the goals of the site so we can represent you the best we possibly can.
Q: Can you help me with imagery for my website?
A: Yes. We are highly skilled in providing custom images for your site and would be glad to help. Especially if you are a new business. We recommend if your company has the ability to provide images that you try to do so. When people browse your site, they should see what represents the closest idea to reality as possible.
Q: Do I own my website?
A: Yes! Your site will be 100% owned by you at the end of our contract.
